Restaurant: Merci Minnie
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本諗住去鯉景灣食晚飯，因為冇位泊，於是轉軚去筲箕灣。行入東大街見到天后廟對面有間小店叫Merci Minnie “摩司”，行近啲睇，原來成間店一個客都冇，我心沉一沉，但我朋友見到個餐牌有牛脷意粉，咁啱佢又想食，加上佢個staff （又可能係老闆娘) 好殷勤咁走出嚟介紹有咩嘢食。於是即管試吓。我哋叫咗個紅洒燴牛牛肋肉飯，加多三個小食：鹽燒三文魚腩，鹽燒牛脷，燒五花腩肉。個牛肋肉炆得好琳，好好味，而且餸多過飯, 夠晒兩個人食。個三文魚腩好新鮮，又香又滑，完全唔會腥👍 牛脷厚切，外脆內軟 有90分，五花肉燒得香但畧乾。總結：我會比85分，下次會再嚟。到我走嗰陣，已經有多三台客。
