連鎖店大集團我一向覺得不值一提。百樂門吃過無數次,也沒打算一談。今晚這場飯竟有驚喜:通菜炒牛肉竟有鑊氣,熱騰騰,通菜炒得很云,每箸都coat 滿腐乳汁,許久沒吃到這麼好吃的通菜牛了。三杯雞煲上,啫啫聲,雞有胸肉肶肉,件件爆得焦香,伴着爆透的乾葱蒜吃,色香味俱全,妙品。沙嗲粉絲蟹煲略嫌watery, 蟹件頭加肉厚,爭回分。竹絲雞湯被有趣的侍應強調多攻無味精,我想無味精在這時代不是理所當然?結果湯頭不錯,湯渣的豬踭十分滑,不捨不吃。不好吃是欖角冰梅骨,兩種濃味不協調,醬汁也太多。冬蟲草花蒸班片竟有蒜蓉,又有薑絲又有金菇又有雲耳,奪去班的滋味。
