今日特登過嚟淺水灣渡假,天氣一流☀️ 到訪呢間餐廳頗有驚喜,見佢唔少人都係外賣拎去沙灘食,自己就揀咗堂食,不過食食下發現原來外賣夠$500會送酒,感覺都幾抵🤑Mediterranean octopus carpaccio ($190) 八爪魚切成薄片口感變得軟稔,加埋檸檬汁好清新,特別一讚啲車厘茄好鮮甜,火箭菜完全唔苦🤪Vitello tonnato ($120) 就係意大利另一道必食嘅前菜,吞拿魚蛋黃醬好rich,加埋牛肉、酸豆真心好啱送麵包😆佢哋呢到嘅餐包烘熱咗,夠軟熟,除咗本身送嘅,自己都要咗extra bread ($10)🤫呢到嘅Meatballs ($110) 軟熟,食落唔會好油,而且入面有Parmesan cheese所以食起上嚟帶少少芝士香🧀Lobster linguine ($260) 呢個用咗半隻龍蝦🦞而且廚師製作嘅時候預先將龍蝦切開,所以唔使用手就可以將龍蝦殼拆走,食起上嚟好方便😛 佢仲將部份龍蝦肉同意粉炒埋一齊,所以意粉食起嚟都有少少海鮮嘅香氣🤏🏻Gnochetti pistachio and mint pesto with Silician red prawn

Gnochetti pistachio and mint pesto with Silician red prawn ($240)係我嘅至愛☺️ 意粉好有咬口,超多開心果蓉同碎,所以食落去果仁香好濃厚,掛晒上意粉到超正🥳 而且佢哋仲用咗少少薄荷,所以食到最後有薄荷嘅餘韻,味道好有層次🥰

嚟到望住呢個景,真心冇可能唔嗌嘢飲,而嗌咗兩杯都幾唔錯✨ Kaffir orange lemonita ($80)以橙汁為基調,但佢薄荷味幾出,Mango cooler ($80)就以芒果同熱情果汁為主,兩杯都好清新,啱晒夏天消暑🍹

最後仲嗌咗一份Panna cotta ($80),奶香味幾出,而且夠滑,士多啤梨果醬會比較甜,為呢餐劃上完美嘅句號🍓

後尾同廚師傾咗幾句,先知原來餐廳好多食材都係意大利進口,難怪食落去特別好味🤤 值得一讚嘅係即使係半戶外嘅環境都唔會好熱~ 整體嚟講都舒服好坐,如果係淺水灣食嘢嘅話,呢間都不失為一個好選擇👍🏻
