To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時侯突然好想食素, 今日就係咁, 就試下Royal Pantry既橄欖油雜菌意粉。叫完野食, 對住落地破璃, 望住外面人來人往街景，真係幾舒服。羅宋湯望落色水正常, 好夠濃郁, 好多料, 不過實在太甜, 好似茖左兩份糖咁。主菜好有驚喜。意大利粉上面舖滿香濃忌簾既蔬菜, 粟米同草菇。蔬菜同忌簾一向都好夾, 由於廚師調味得宜, 引出各種蔬菜各自有獨特既味道。食到最後已經好夠飽, 太好味都不由自主咁繼續食。下次會再黎, 不過唔會再叫羅宋湯。
