西營盤呢間意大利餐廳友人非常鍾意,今日做響導帶我來晚飯。店內氣氛浪漫,店舖細小,卻有一種身在意大利酒吧餐廳的感覺。Fried Olives橄欖用炸的方式,比起浄吃橄欖又多一種新搞作。外脆內軟,橄欖的香味逐漸滲出,幾特別。Spaghetti with Saffron cream sauce and Shrimps手工意粉,誠意可加。有點似粗版的公仔麵。麵條帶有彈性,蛋味濃厚,我喜歡。忌廉汁恰到好處,不會過濃,正!Veal cutlet 肉的質感軟腍,原來採用了檸檬和醋醃製過,怪不得夠入味。簡簡單單的外表,有深度的味道。Panna Cotta羅勒味道奶凍第一次食到,創新。香滑!!
