知道「CIAK」有兩間,一間係中環,而另一間係太古,同樣都係由米芝蓮三星名廚Bombana擔任顧問既意大利餐廳,仲拎到「米芝蓮車胎人美食」推介,主打手工薄餅、手工意粉等傳統意大利菜,今晚就帶埋屋企人黎試下。 環境位於太古城廣場,都好易搵,有室內室外,餐廳都好大,被安排到坐室內既位置,座位同座位之間好寬敞,座得舒服,店內都以外國人侍應為主,服務都好好。餐牌其實都有Dinner Set,不過我地就揀左散叫,選擇不算十分多,主打手工薄餅、手工意粉,但都有前菜、主菜等等。餐包烘得熱騰騰先上枱,仲有小小微焦,食落外層脆口,麵包軟熟,麥味好香,仲可以不斷Refill。組合薄餅 $280 (10’’)揀左Pescatora(香辣雜錦海鮮薄餅配芝士蕃茄醬)及Estiva(意式風乾火腿配火箭菜,車厘茄芝士薄餅)。薄餅會用架撐起上枱,眼見包邊烘得好靚,微焦黑,Pescatora有魷魚、蝦、蜆,配上芝士蕃茄醬,芝士份量岩岩好可以拉絲唔會過多,茄醬濃郁,餅底鬆軟而又不失脆口,唯一不足係太少海鮮,唔係好食得岀。而Estiva上既風乾火腿都算多,唔會過咸,呢款味道就比較清淡,相比之下Pescatora更岩我口味。

熱盤挫熱碟再上菜係正宗西餐必做步驟,呢到當然做到。蛋黃芝士汁掛係每條意粉之上,加上醬汁有落芝士,味道以咸味為主又有芝士香,亦較稠身,所以能掛係麵條上。自家製幼麵煮得有咬口而且食到麵粉香味,高質意粉!

揀左5半熟,貼心地已經切好再上枱,唔係厚身扒,屬薄身扒,煮既時間差左少少,因為中間為五成熟,但頭尾端有啲過左五成熟去到七成咁制。牛味十分濃郁,好香炭燒味,帶少少筋但唔會咬唔郁同有渣,不過扒身乾左少少,肉汁唔夠勁。

試左個傳統Cheesecake,會有埋雪糕可以揀味,揀左咖啡味,仲伴有啲朱古力碎餅,不過Cheesecake較遜色,好易散同口感偏粉,芝士味弱。

總括而言,質素果然高,PIZZA必點,意粉都一定要食佢地手工製既系列,環境舒服,都見有好多情侶或者閨蜜們係到食飯傾計,氣氛、食物都一流既意大利餐廳。
