朋友向我推薦過呢間餐廳,我就上網睇吓資料,先知道原來係一間喺意大利嘅西餅百年老店,創立於1920年,依家喺香港有分店,唔單止賣pastries,仲係一間意大利餐廳,咁我就特登去試吓😋$228嘅 Risotto Set- 蕃茄忌廉湯:有濃郁嘅蕃茄味,將蕃茄打溶所以每一啖湯都有蕃茄喺裏面,仲有小蕃茄粒,又好creamy,好飲😋- 燒虎蝦意大利飯:有兩隻大大隻嘅虎蝦,肉質新鮮結實😋;意大利飯煮得較硬身 al dente, 但係又唔會乾身,呢個需要一定技巧👍,非常啱我胃口😋- 精選蛋糕:呢日精選蛋糕係 Mimosa 金合歡,材料有 Custard Cream, Blood Orange Gin, Sponge Cake;海棉蛋糕好輕身,單睇外表已經見到充滿空氣,完全冇滯嘅感覺,又係好啱我胃口😋,加咗奶油忌廉食落更加有層次感,意大利🇮🇹百年Pastry店果然功力深厚😋- 經典米蘭咖啡:濃郁嘅咖啡味,好香好飲😋雖然已經飽飽,但既然嚟到意大利🇮🇹百年西餅老店,就想試多兩件西餅,咁就外賣咗$52嘅 Tiramisu 同 $24嘅「意式開心果吉士牛角包🥐」再慢慢嘆😋仲有,我上咗佢哋嘅意大利網站睇,其中有
