To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意想不到嘅高質燒味拼盤

山長水遠入機場送機，送完當然要搵嘢食啦結果就嚟咗canteen ，本來都冇乜期望咁叫咗一個燒味拼盤套餐，但係上菜之後食咗一啖就覺得好有驚喜燒味拼盤入邊有叉燒燒鵝同埋油雞。最好食係燒鵝，肉多半肥瘦，佢啲皮都好香油雞叉燒中規中矩，味道都唔錯重點係有一碟菜，令到成餐飯都唔會好肥膩同埋食燒味最緊要係佢啲醬汁，酸梅醬同埋薑蓉配埋啲燒味就真係冇得彈！最後當然要配返一杯地道嘅凍檸茶，例牌少甜少冰。雖然係快餐但係質素都非常唔錯機場速食一流
