To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期天好好天梗係去下沙灘啦去之前梗係要食飽先啦!!同友人去既時候佢想試下Classified，我自己都未試過，就去試試可能過左lunch時間所以都唔爆一去到諗左諗叫左一個salad一個pizza試試啦Quinoa Salad - 幾特別，因為除左D菜同dressing之前有orange, 其實都係見有橙先揀XDMexican Pizza - 本來都無咩expectation，都可能係咁，就係驚起Pizza底好黏韌，好好咬口，除此之外仲好新鮮，好熱辣辣Pizza既tomato sause都較得岩岩好，茄味濃之餘又唔酸為左佢會再試下其實Classified既Pizza!! 因為Pizza係我賣飛佛之一哈哈
