男朋友今日帶左個驚喜比我,話帶我去食老撾菜。平時泰國越南菜就食得多,老撾菜真係未聽過。入門口前見到好多新聞剪報,話老闆原來係老撾皇族後裔,又係美國軍校受訓,加添餐廳嘅神秘感。入到餐廳聞到滿滿清新嘅香茅味,充滿東南亞風情。老撾鄰近泰國,所以菜式語言都有啲相似。菜單仲用左好搞鬼嘅泰文諧音做菜式名,好有趣。我地兩個人點左好多個餸:鹽酥魷魚、是拉差牛油雞翼、網蝦紙米卷、牛肉牛丸湯全米、鄉下炒飛機芥蘭。每道餸都係一流。鹽酥魷魚,開胃可口,再加上特色醬汁簡直一絕;牛油雞翼香氣撲鼻、油份豐盈香腴;紙米卷清新得來不寡味;湯全米湯底清爽順喉;炒芥蘭配有蝦米乾和炒豆,又爽又脆!同泰國菜好似,但係冇咁咸同濃味,稍為偏向清甜風,好特別。我地仲點左兩杯野飲,南薑香茅梳打同龍眼冰,味道都係與別不同。最後意猶未盡,食多個芒果糯米飯作結,除左鮮甜嘅芒果同椰汁之外,上面仲舖上新鮮椰子絲,真係別出心裁。順帶一提,餐廳入面嘅碟都係仿照傳統嘅老撾竹碟特別製造,食起來份外有風味。咁用心嘅老闆同餐廳,真係值得一去再去!

順帶一提,餐廳入面嘅碟都係仿照傳統嘅老撾竹碟特別製造,食起來份外有風味。咁用心嘅老闆同餐廳,真係值得一去再去!
