用蒸氣石鍋蒸海鮮是近年潮興煮海鲜方法,朋友大力推介,大家即管去試試吧!訂位時没有告訴我們要限食一個半小時,有朋友遲到,所以我們在短短九十五分鐘食完所有海鲜,簡直是一大挑戰,燙到咀都熟 大家一坐下就要被迫揀海鲜,食海鮮當然海鮮價,好彩所有海鲜質素不錯,揀完後會送入厨房清洗調味,大部份都加入金銀蒜,超好味。最值得試是粥,海鮮汁流入粥底,加上珍珠米,超甜無比,非常好味。
