星期一blue Monday,為咗獎勵勤力工作嘅自己 ,約咗朋友食餐好嘅。 朋友介紹我嚟到告士打道嘅Belon Vin Restaurant。呢度酒吧餐廳格局,去到嘅時候唔少人喺度飲酒傾計happy hour,氣氛幾輕鬆。呢度主打生蠔,我哋當然要試下。來自唔同產地嘅生蠔做緊$398一set,非常新鮮,一次過可以嘗遍唔同國家嘅生蠔好滿足。我亦好欣賞呢度嘅芒果蟹肉牛油果沙律,店主話是每枱客人都必點嘅招牌菜。蟹肉溝埋沙律醬同牛油果,芒果,清新鮮甜,又健康又美味嘅菜式。小食方面,春雞髀令我印象難忘,第一次食咁細隻嘅雞髀,肉質超滑嫩,一試愛上。呢度仲有特色嘅食物,例如蝦籽做主題嘅菜式,蝦籽雞翼,蝦籽大蝦意粉,食物加入蝦籽好有創意,而且更加香口。慢煮乳豬髀都係極尚嘅美食,乳豬外脆內嫩,店主介紹係經過慢煮再翻焗,先做到呢個效果。最後是來自日本嘅水果雪葩,這頓晚餐令我們既難忘又驚喜。
