To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行到攰好多都要等位，仲要條人龍都幾長吓，見到呢間有位唔洗等，是但就去幫襯，消費要$90一位，各叫咗一杯凍，熱Latte，一個辣肉腸pizza，埋單$279。😋第一次幫襯，原來佢杯Latte好好飲，咖啡好夠香濃，有一種厚實質感，味道好豐富。個辣肉腸pizza真係有驚喜，真係3mm餅底，落order 先做，好熱辣辣，個餅底食落好似食緊薄脆，西椒好香，芝士好多，仲可以拉絲，呢個pizza我好鐘意，一上枱已經聞到好香噴噴嘅pizza味，原來有時無人排隊等位都未必係有伏嘅危機。
