香港島其實一向冇乜特別好食嘅茶餐廳,前幾日一直想食茶餐廳但係又諗唔到邊度有好地方,今朝就叫男朋友搵吓深水埗有咩好茶餐廳,橫掂出開九龍唔好浪費呢個機會🤪之後佢就搵咗呢一間雪山冰廳,其實一開始我都有少少猶豫,不過佢搵到我就唔會 question 佢😂 見到OpenRice d comment 話喇沙好食,但係好少茶餐廳會做喇沙,仲要做得好食🥲 anyway,我由常餐沙茶牛肉麵到特餐喇沙不停struggle,到最後都係試喇沙,到上枱嘅時候,望到個樣就知道一定唔差🤤🤤昔日茶餐廳識嘅喇沙,上枱嘅時候就好似去左一間食新加坡/馬來西亞餐廳咁,睇個樣已經覺得好有誠意,有誠意嘅位唔係因為有蝦,而係湯底嘅顏色同埋嗰一湯匙嘅蝦米辣醬🤤🤤完全level up左個湯底!蝦我就冇食嘅,因為呢排皮膚敏感,所以唔敢講新唔新鮮,但係$55成個餐,佢有冇蝦其實我已經唔太介意😂 滲滲嘅米粉係高質米粉,我覺得佢做到掛湯嘅效果,所以我都食得幾滿足😍櫻花蝦炒蛋我就覺得有啲老,可以再滑啲,咁高 perfect🤭

蝦我就冇食嘅,因為呢排皮膚敏感,所以唔敢講新唔新鮮,但係$55成個餐,佢有冇蝦其實我已經唔太介意😂
滲滲嘅米粉係高質米粉,我覺得佢做到掛湯嘅效果,所以我都食得幾滿足😍
櫻花蝦炒蛋我就覺得有啲老,可以再滑啲,咁高 perfect🤭
