To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同三位朋友嘗試這間餐廳,在西營盤地鐵站附近,交通都算方便,開張好似一個星期多,老闆更是大廚。 我們食的有沙律,小食拼盆,燒春雞,岀乎的美味,最吸引的是牛肩扒配黑醋,能全帶岀牛肉的味道,肉質好嫩,不油膩,外邊的餐廳少有這款,味道好有酒店廚師的風範,美味過岀名幾十年的餐廳,但意粉就煮乾了少許。我們還試了甜品,綠茶蛋糕,奶凍,好味有水準,更好的是心太軟,非常之回味,下次一定要再食。餐廳還有秘製的花茶,好香,不防一試!
