位於銅鑼灣的Y Pasta 是每次我想食意大利粉都會想起的地方。近日心血來潮又去了一趟。餐湯選擇了忌廉龍蝦湯,質地綿密幼滑,濃郁的忌廉味與龍蝦的鮮味完美融合,讓人留下深刻的印象。首先一定要點餐廳的主打——意大利粉!意粉款式和口味種類十分多,最後經過一番掙扎後,點了一道泰式冬陰功香辣肉碎寬麵。這道寬麵香氣四溢,配上辣椒、香料和肉碎,帶來一種濃郁的泰式風味。這道主菜的辣度剛剛好,能夠激起味蕾,令人越食越想食。主菜,我選擇了太陽蛋三文魚薄餅。薄餅的外觀色彩豐富,令人垂涎欲滴。薄餅餅底夠薄脆,上面鋪滿了三文魚片和太陽蛋。太陽蛋的蛋黃半熟,切落去蛋黃流出,薄餅沾上蛋液,兩者的組合十分夾。還點了一份茄蓉鼠尾草雞軟骨肉丸作為小食,肉丸內裡嫩滑多汁,雞肉與鼠尾草的香味相互融合,給人一種獨特的口感和風味。
