想去呢間本店喺葵芳既cafe好耐,但就一直啲唔起心肝去,依家開咗系鰂魚涌,第一時間嚟試吓。約咗夜晚,因為cafe一般呢個時間都唔開,或者都少啲人會去。但係估唔到都幾爆,我估系因為佢價錢親民,而且可以開到好夜,晏啲收工都仲食到。🍖我最想介紹系香草牛油封門柳肉汁意粉,佢用肉汁做翻個意粉醬,上面又係啖啖肉嘅封門柳,感覺真係好rich,而且佢喺上台之後會幫你用火槍燒溶上面嘅牛油同埋最緊要燒着小小既百里香,於是嗰種香氣令到你好想好想快啲進食,係一個非常成功嘅意粉處理。🍖黑松露蘑菇貓耳朵粉,貓耳朵嘅咬感,煙煙韌韌,係我最鍾意食嘅意粉種類之一,而且佢好啱素食嘅人,因為佢簡單加上黑松露醬同蘑菇,就已經將成件事做得好好,好入味。貓耳朵嘅特別形狀,亦都充分咁掛住汁醬同香味。🍖朱古力心太軟配開心果意式手工雪糕,唔駛講咁多,係cafe食呢種甜品,除左見住佢上面既忌廉打開之後溶化,同行既女仔都會即時溶化架,而且雪糕同心太軟係呢個儀式之後一樣保持一凍一熱狀態,心太軟依然流心,真係無敵甜品。🍖飲品叫左藍水母同凍朱古力,再叫埋凍朱古力咖啡,的presentation 靚不在話下,味道一樣出色。咖啡味好出,有花香唔苦,

🍖飲品叫左藍水母同凍朱古力,再叫埋凍朱古力咖啡,的presentation 靚不在話下,味道一樣出色。咖啡味好出,有花香唔苦,花香一定唔係來自完美調色玩藍色蝶豆花,而系咖啡豆本身,Roaster 同咖啡師嘅調教,應記一功。
