此店在為食朋友圈中成日聽見,所以有一直留意開這間,今次終於的起心肝訂座品嚐 先點了一紅酒一白酒把酒等待美食 $58/杯<沙皇煙三文魚> $168三文魚切得厚厚的,肉質結實帶煙香,唔會得個死鹹點上白色的醬汁已倍加艾味<燒牛俐熱脆包> $88牛俐都幾厚身,燒得兩邊微脆香,而脆包真係好脆身,入面仲有白色醬汁提味我發覺每一道菜都會有鮮菠蘿加入香葉比你清清味蕾<焗法國連殼食田螺> $128原來個款係用麵粉焗製而成扮成田螺外殼,螺肉被香草等調味口包圍,入面保持多汁,底層仲有薯蓉添<米酒煮活蜆> $188用上米酒的香,加入香草跟我最愛的蒜頭,蜆肉勁鮮甜美味,連煮出來的米酒蜆湯我都唔放過<燒西班牙黑毛豬肉眼蓋> $188以前我會好鍾意牛扒,但近年偏愛黑毛豬,不過要食到靚又嫩腍嘅黑毛豬唔係度度有,加上要煮得好成真係好考功夫,這個用上黑毛豬肉眼蓋已是非常嫩腍位置,加上主廚的功力真係不得了再配埋個燒汁好正,仲有配菜跟紫薯伴邊
