多年前已經與朋友到過位於上環的我愛慢煮,最近終於再下一城進駐尖沙咀,位置比較鄰近佐敦地鐵站。新店以露營為主題,所有桌椅及裝飾佈置都別出心裁,予人感覺彷彿置身營地,實在是香港難得一見。我愛慢煮顧名思義主打慢煮菜式,但除了多款慢煮肉類外亦有其他小食、意粉、手工薄餅等,比上環店選擇更加豐富。風乾肉芝士拼盤 ($168) 包括巴馬火腿片、莎樂美腸片、西班牙辣肉腸、巴馬臣芝士、醃小黃瓜及青黑水欖,不過不失而性價比相對較低。英倫風炸魚薯條 ($138) 均灑上海苔粉並配上他他醬及茄汁,薯條炸得香脆乾爽,魚柳肉質鮮嫩且肉汁豐富,並不像坊間部分餐廳一樣魚柳與炸衣分離,但較快變軟可更鬆脆。加拿大保濕豬鞍 ($148) 肉質緊緻厚實同時並保持鮮嫩多汁,肉味香濃而不帶羶味,簡單以香草、蒜、鹽等調味突顯肉香,加上伴碟蘋果蓉味道香甜進一步昇華。明太子海鮮意粉 ($118) 舖滿青口、蝦及魷魚真材實料,忌廉汁加上芝士奶香濃郁,入口綿密並充滿明太子顆粒更添鹹鮮味。慢煮菠蘿配朱古力布朗尼配雪糕 ($88) 將慢煮元素加入甜品別出新意,菠蘿經慢煮後甜蜜多汁並帶酒香,表面再燒成焦糖脆面更添層次。布朗尼保持溫熱有如新鮮出爐
