To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前lunch試過幾正，今晚收工過嚟試埋個晚餐先，8點幾哩到等左20分鐘入得，等位期間點埋菜，所以上菜都好快😃冷鍋酸菜魚叫左小辣岩岩好，酸菜湯底非常濃郁😋份量都超級足夠，啲魚好滑，食極都仲有👍🏻加埋啲酸菜越食越開胃，配菜，仲有金菇、娃娃菜、萵筍、寬粉，唔使叫飯都夠晒飽😆乾煸肥腸必食推介，送酒一流，花椒辣椒一齊爆炒，香辣十足，可惜腸唔夠肥🤣炸小饅頭即叫即炸🥢外脆內軟，配煉奶無得頂呀麻辣海蜇海蜇爽脆，麻麻辣辣，非常開胃酸辣土豆絲，即炒熱辣辣今次無酒腳，唔係叫返幾支啤酒仲爽🍻
