油雞髀燒鵝飯,油雞髀嫩滑結實,雞皮非常彈牙而微爽。淡淡雞肉味混上雞油香,豉油又清甜,香而不濁,好味道。燒鵝香料入味,肉汁亦帶著濃郁香料味道。鵝肉味濃、鵝鴨香口不太油,又唔會過咸過肥,滿意。本想要求食鵝胸,但都係費事諸多要求喇,哈哈。蔥油我鍾意切到勁細粒架,依家個 size 太大粒啦,蔥汁味道唔夠出。撈上雞肉鵝肉蔥油,再加甜豉油同酸梅醬,味道多采多姿,正到痺!

燒肉燒鴨髀飯,燒肉睇落勁肥,成堆肥豬肉咁,賣相麻麻地。誰知一咬之下,好爽口好好味,肉味香甜有咸香外,仲沒點都不油膩,配上蔥油白飯,根本無可抗拒!只係皮唔脆的,而且有點韌,不過味道出眾,都滿意既。

燒鴨髀好肥喎,勁多皮下肥膏,要咬走掉左去,但勁香鴨油味囉。鴨肉好幼滑好香甜啊!香料早已佔據每條纖維。薄薄燒鴨皮香口味濃,連肉帶皮撈飯食真係好鬼好味,加少少酸梅醬錦上添花,真係一粒飯都無剩!仲唔夠飯食添呀,又剩返幾舊肉要淨食呢。不單止芥蘭爽嫩鮮甜,連椰菜都勁好味!多汁水嫩,點會咁架?

到底條芥蘭係咩血統架?邊度黎架?就算凍既都咁好食既?芥蘭勁爽甜,完全無渣又無半點澀味,葉同莖都非常鮮嫩,我直頭想叫一碟芥蘭食呀!金源到底係如何烚菜架呢?芥蘭真係好高質,完全無澀味、無草青味,質地幼嫩不粗糙,超甜超爽呢,好好味呀!大部份燒臘舖既伴菜都好差,我唔會食架囉。

黃瓜燒豬骨湯,今日個湯怪怪的,太甜喇,係咪落得太多蜜棗呀?好少可飲唔晒個例湯,飲左幾口放棄。

木瓜瘦肉湯,一向對甜湯無咩好感,用熟木瓜實在太甜接受唔到,青木瓜就無問題,所以今次飲兩啖就要講 bye bye。

合掌瓜湯好好味,肉味特濃,燒味店不愁沒肉沒骨頭餚湯啦,只需用頭頭尾尾已達至特濃肉湯喇,香濃甜美,合掌瓜清新,好味啊!
