To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老牌潮式飯店,主角叮叮介紹糯米蒸大腸。但原來幾個月無黎,已經唔會做,成為絕響。對於我第一次黎,實在可惜。但係好多餸都好精緻,而且特別於無餐牌,只係有牆上的菜單。很少老店保留原有特式。普寧豆腐(5/5)入面一絲絲既豆腐,鬆脆可口,配搭鹽水九菜,好食!蠔仔肉碎粥(4.5/5)濃郁大地魚味,足料。唯一一樣蠔仔有幾粒唔新鮮。潮州野唔係唔食潮州粥呀嘛?水瓜烙(4/5)第一間食落有啖啖瓜汁既!粉漿比例十分好,不過油左少少。依度係叮叮媽咪由拍拖食到依家,我都想我地搵到一間我地可以成日食、見證住我地拍拖仔。而且歷久不衰咁經營,譜出愛情故事的終章。生日快樂,叮叮。
