To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

愛魚之人必食。次次經過都錯過。一係食飽左，一係冇開，一係收工。終於有機會試。叫左炸魚柳同帶子。炸魚原條魚柳炸，但食落一d都唔覺硬。真係食開 fish and chips就知道。一切開就好juicy又厚。跟住個炸帶子好新鮮，冇雪櫃味。炸得岩岩好，唔係好似外面咁炸到熟晒，仲係又軟又脆咁。真係驚喜。雖然佢係小店，真心希望佢頂得順個租金，咁好食既炸魚買小見小。佢仲有唔同既漿俾你用，但可惜要收5蚊個。不過試左佢個他他漿，好足料夠味。 5蚊可以。
