香港大型爐端燒店唔多,尖東開了一間不久,裝潢佈置非常京都風,見到爐端燒店區被食物包圍的震撼場面已經垂涎三尺。更有酒藏、私人房間、願望樹等,環境已經會令人開心,提一提仲有個廚師發辦區吃壽司刺身。有「京都風榻榻米卡座」 全日供應兩款套餐,分別是$598/12品及$698/15品,我們決定食得豐富啲。記得留意當日推廣優惠,我們在FB或IG 打卡可享有九折,而即出IG限時動態更有啤酒送,何樂而不為!午餐開始,先送上生菜沙律,然後檢示爐端燒食材,見色澤知新鮮,吃得安心。是日刺身三品是真鯛、真蠔及山芋蓉赤身,真鯛非常鮮甜,山芋蓉與刺身同吃比較特別,但個人口味我覺得少少甘甘地且蓋了刺身鮮味,還是淨吃赤身更能嚐本味。海老天婦羅即是蝦餅,但混合了菇菌及素菜,外型富動感頗吸引,配海藻鹽。煮物是汁煮油甘魚,配薯仔及青菜,醃得入味,是味醂的味道,不過不失。爐端燒八款一起上,分別是雞軟骨、白鱔、雞頸肉、牛肋條、麵豉茄子、蜜糖蕃茄、冬菇及粟米,配調味料柚子辣椒、岩鹽及海鹽。燒至恰到好處,可以改進的地方是,蜜糖蕃茄過甜;粟米塗上醬油不討好,奪了粟米的甜味。壽司六款:北海道海膽配三文魚子、左口魚邊、石垣貝、間八、深海
