住西環嘅朋友話可以帶我體驗下古早味嘅港式茶樓,呢間六安居原身為老字號蓮香居,有幾十年的歷史。年初改佐名,仲係老伙計們經營來飲茶🫖都係爺爺奶奶同埋街坊居多,有一種關於時間沈澱的情懷在一般飲茶午市仲保留了推車仔嘅文化有好多點心,晚市都係粵菜比較多!今天巧好係晚上來,我地嗌左筍殼魚孖寶套餐,有蔥油筍殼魚同蜜汁叉燒外加點佐一份小菜冰鎮鵝掌翼蔥油浸筍殼魚外表鋪了些許蔥姜絲,搭配著魚豉油,讓魚嘅鮮味又有了一個提升,外酥里嫩,外殼一點都唔油系比較意外👍蜜汁叉燒係有肥有瘦以此遞進,肥瘦相間係我最鍾意的部位,整體偏鹹口,都算味道唔錯冰鎮鵝掌翼是用花雕酒進行泡制的,酒味很濃,冰冰涼涼都幾啱宜家呢個天氣食,係幾開胃嘅小菜

蔥油浸筍殼魚外表鋪了些許蔥姜絲,搭配著魚豉油,讓魚嘅鮮味又有了一個提升,外酥里嫩,外殼一點都唔油系比較意外👍

蜜汁叉燒係有肥有瘦以此遞進,肥瘦相間係我最鍾意的部位,整體偏鹹口,都算味道唔錯
