To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日重臨這裡, 感覺仍不錯. 很喜愛這裡的士多啤梨骨, 今次又再點了, 還叫了:1.例湯: 仍然濃郁, 好好味, 有住家感覺.2.拼盤: 其實都幾多炸野, 有蝦餅, 蓮藕餅, 魚餅, 炸豆腐….其中的蓮藕餅很出色, 把蓮藕跟別的食材混在一起再煎, 好味. 連不吃蓮藕的友人也十分受落.3.沙薑雞: 不太夠滑, 一般.4.啫啫生菜: 本想點通菜, 但季節沒有. 生菜也不錯, 一上枱, 已香味四溢.5.士多啤梨: 依然好味, my favorite!雖然沒有第一次吃那麼驚喜, 但味道仍然不錯.
