To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身全程食飯都無乜野，間餐廳我係預咗貴，而且食物一般，但係當埋單呢一刻就令人十分憤怒原因係話一定係使用現金或轉數快作為交易。我唔明點解咁大間餐廳又冇信用卡俾錢又冇PayMe，又冇WeChat，只有現金或，但係問題係我訂位幫手，點解你唔同我講清楚？重點仲要係，埋單要轉數快/現金都算，但係唔明點解又要留電話號碼又要影晒客人嘅戶口資料嘅相嚟到留紀錄確認已轉數？你既然只可以安排得轉數快/現金，你就應該自己負責管賬人員自行check自己公司嘅銀行轉賬情況啦，邊有可能要求個客啲資料比晒你睇兼影相，涉及太多客人私隱問題又有帳戶號碼，做法實在太過不善，仲要侍應態度咁大聲，講緊銀行戶口號碼嘅嘢，係咪要全個餐廳嘅人都知道我啲資料先至安樂？實在令人太不愉快的一餐！
