To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. family gathering..12人..1.秘製豉油雞-這個最好.雞肉好滑,豉油好入味.2.鍋貼小棠菜-炸得鬆脆,不油膩,但味道本身不多,要點甜酸醬油吃才ok.3.砵酒鱔球-略油,魚味不濃,賣相不太好,太深色了.4.什菌扒鴛鴦豆腐-只有炸豆腐,不見有玉子豆腐!味道是ok的,遍甜.什菇太少,太粹.5.魚湯泡飯-"穩鎮"之作.6.酥炸芝士魷魚-炸醬過多.芝士略漏,用洋荵氈底,欠誠意..7.三色蛋波菜-ok.几大碟,在外面一般飯店都吃到的味道.8.京都骨-強差人意,遍乾,肉不鮮.9.燉翅-每人分得1/4碗,不抵吃.10.炒年糕-年糕煙韌,少許辣,几開胃,略油.11.杏仁蛋白-有杏仁味,不夠甜,不夠熱. 免費的冷盆是鹵水雞腳-几入味.好食.可能近節日,人流多,伙記態度麻麻.一坐下就hardsell燉翅...我們說怕人多,不夠食,女伙記猛說一定夠分..點知...帶黑眶眼鏡男伙記態度惡劣..送錯菜又不想拿走,還對我們呼呼渴渴.最後埋單時,好彩爸爸check了check單,送錯來的dish竟計了我們$!整體感覺不老實呀....有名氣的三姐好應該和其下的員工談談其服務..不要讓他們的過失有損自己
