To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食咁多間海港酒家，呢間真係簡直不知所謂，啲人態度差，要乜無乜，要一壺水，頭一次就話無仲煲緊，算忍你，隔左幾分鐘再問，都係話等下啦吾會死架，我都仲忍住左，第三次就直接出現三壺，叫你拎走不必要個兩壺，就話放係茶几上面吾阻住係食嘢。唔阻住但影響我食嘢喎，攞走擺係茶水間好麻煩？要碟甜醬就要一個推一個，推三推四，拎一碟野好難咩？未見過酒樓係無豆瓣醬啲姐姐好似睇唔到人咁，乜年輕人就吾可以朝早飲茶咩？炒米粉出嚟係凍都算，辣醬都無，炒米粉無味。就連腸粉出嚟都係凍？飲個茶都要忍住啖氣食？
