To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當初留意到間野係因為坐係意樂,見到間野成餐飯得兩個人坐窗邊食,見佢又唔貴,諗住下次去上試下,點知就奶哂野,唔好食之餘,仲好受氣除左平之外、唔值得去食,啲野食好咸,職員態度亦非常惡劣,特別係個男職員,唔單只講野語氣差,找錢仲用掟嘅方式找比客人,難怪冇咩客
