To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同幾個朋友食晚飯,開頭一直好好,直至大約9:45pm,職員過嚟話last order,我哋無嘢再加但未叫埋單;然後大約10:15pm,一個唔係穿制服嘅男人走過來,一開聲就講:你哋食埋啲嘢好走咯喎,商場都閂喇。這是什麼的態度,一肚氣吃了人均消費$500的一頓晚餐。你大可以last order時同我地講幾點要關門,你又無講我哋咪傾多陣,再講就算要請客人離開都唔係咁嘅態度。真係不知所謂!
