To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間glasshouse, 服務極差。下午茶時間，我去到時全場只有三枱客，一到門口，嗰個戴眼鏡，身型略胖嘅女侍應就粗聲粗氣咁同我講：掃碼！ 個語氣直情係命令咁！點餐時問佢有乜餐飲，一輪嘴講都唔知講乜，咁我當自己聽力差，算！但同佢講要regular tea, 佢俾杯lemon tea嚟，咁佢啲聽力都唔見得好好，最弊係佢飛嘢埋嚟，杯茶一嘢飛過嚟，碟上面放嗰包糖被啲茶浸沒，係浸沒呀，你可以想像到係「浪」咗幾多茶出嚟！之後上嗰份漢堡，照同你玩飛碟飛過嚟，到底佢係做飛碟運動員定係做服務業？多得佢，我以後可以去少一個地方食嘢，我亦都會同我所有朋友講唔好嚟食。
