To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚市坐得半場都可以落order過30分鐘都未上齊嘢食。第一、二次好聲好氣催啲侍應就淨係話okok；第三次大聲啲催兩個阿姐就扮聽唔到，得個後生男侍應話嚟緊。然後到35分鐘啦，終於上到兩個飯，仲有屋企嘅另一個餐未嚟，見到佢終於出埋，結果先上俾隔離兩臺後啲入嚟嘅人，屋企人本身就肚餓，又等得耐，就話唔想食啦，要退餐。埋單嘅時候，個後生仔有退到屋企人個餐嘅，點知兩個阿姐就係度話佢：驚咩啊你，做咩退俾佢啊？你驚俾佢打啊？一開始好聲好氣問你幾時上個飯就唔理，明明係你哋唔大聲啲叫你哋上都唔得。一間快餐廳坐得半個場都可以上餐上成30分鐘都上唔齊，態度仲咁惡劣。垃圾餐廳。
