To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一行六位同事去食lunch，因為侍應比錯左個飯我同事，以致我食吾到自己叫果個，「我同事有問係邊個既，佢比我同事話係佢叫果個」，侍應仲話d客食錯左！anyway吾緊要，當知道錯左之後我問可吾可以轉反我叫果個 ，個廚房痴左線咁沖出黎問責，又話自己做事好有原則，攪左一大輪我先有飯食，可以食反自己叫果個！我同事第一次黎呢間店，可能店員比飯佢時大家都誤會左，但我覺得個廚房定老闆吾洗咁火爆，我地黎食飯吾係玩野吾係問責，吾知你地兩個關係咩問題，吾好發洩係客人身上，我地都好有原則，食lunch一個鐘係想開開心心，吾係睇你面色，其實冇下次啦，吾會再黎，幾好食都冇用！
