To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無來鴨大哥,真係估唔到個經理態度咁差!野食貴無問題,但我地會expect 好的服務態度。我地3個人食咗800幾蚊, 埋單嘅時候, 用銀聯後 部機顯示密碼錯誤, 個經理即刻好激動咁講:“ 我頭先已經輸入咗兩次總數的銀碼, 佢都顯示錯誤, 我唔知點解呀”,我話呢部比較舊款,跟住佢更加激動大聲咁講“ 咁你係客一定係你啱啦!我錯!”啲態度超級黑人憎!! 無下次!!除咗呢件事, 當我哋就嚟食完烤鴨 , 淨返一片包鴨嘅皮喺個蒸籠入面 , 有個女侍應生帶住個藍色手套 , 問我哋:‘’仲有一塊皮淨低喎‘’ , 跟住佢就用佢帶咗藍色手套嘅手去攞起嗰個皮俾我地!! 我同我細妹眼都突埋 , 佢係用呢個手套去 執枱收拾污糟嘢㗎 , 跟住佢仲話 :‘’ 冇問題㗎 我攞起呢一個皮係前後有紙夾住㗎 ,無問題架 ‘’呢間嘢啲員工training 真係超級有問題, 點可以去用手去掂個客食緊嘅食物呢!真係以後都唔會去!

啲態度超級黑人憎!! 無下次!!
