To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間去食豬頸肉河粉,都成$60,之前食過幾次,頭一兩次食豬頸肉係唔炸,覺得幾好食先至再去食,跟住再去多幾次都係炸既,我以為紅日忙,師傅快快手先係咁整,我都由佢,今日再去食,落單前同經理講聲,叫師傅唔好炸,炸完太乾身,點知個經理咁同我講:「一定係炸嫁wo,唔炸點會熟」聽完都o嘴,我同佢講頭兩次食都係唔炸,佢話:「正常出品係炸嫁wo點可以改個出品,人地係咁出嫁嗎,」咁我食個兩次係唔正常?佢再話:「你之前食係點,個碗野就係咁」聽完火都黎,即刻黑名單唔再食
