唔好信社交媒體網站!其實餐廳食物質素低下不重要,但連職員態度惡劣就不了不了!豬油撈飯,職員對豬油vs豉油比例不清不楚,只是講落多啲豬油,少啲豉油。肥滔大榮華嘅豬油撈飯好食100倍,新漢記搞不掂,有油益味,無油香,飯又偏硬。胡椒豬肚湯,我以為係水溝胡椒, 佢個煮法似係 水煲滾咗之後落胡椒,顏色似洗腳水,完!我個枱4個人,每人只飲了一口。同職員反映,回覆落單已講明係滾湯,我地餐廳係咁煮。話係我全枱唔識食。再望望隔離枱已走嘅食客,又係飲剩超多呢個胡椒水湯。唔通係全部食客都唔識食?然後到咸蛋炒良瓜,水汪汪嘅!呢碟係食到落口嘅,但係顛覆咗我對"炒" 嘅概念,佢呢個叫水煮, 極其量叫濕炒。職員再話我地係咁炒野架喇!好野!好野!乳鴿好似每隻$88, 一致認為衰過普通酒樓 $48嗰d, 個味好很古怪,有種怪酒嘅味,感覺係一聞就想放低嘅感覺。賣單嗰陣問收銀香小姐,經理知唔知我地嘅意見,佢話我哋無經理,得老闆。而啲菜嘅煮法全部都係老闆教。仲歡迎我哋去openrice寫食評。咁唔怪得知香港搞唔起夜繽紛,香港食肆站不住腳,你都要檢討下。香港人唔係畀唔起錢食嘢,只係唔會付出時間食一啲難食嘅嘢。建議職員不妨多啲去
