成日係電視睇鼎爺煮餸,今晚終於可以一嚐他主理的私房菜,這裡環境寬敞舒適、中西合璧的格局,還可以一邊食飯,一邊睇夜景!今晚㨂選了$1980/二人套餐。鼎爺精選前菜有四款:阿爺叉燒叉燒肥瘦適中,味道一流。蜆蚧米通鯪魚球米通香脆但不油膩,無須蘸上蜆蚧醬,已經很夠味了。龍穿鳳翼鷄翼拆晒所有骨,釀上紅蘿蔔、芹菜、金華火腿等,味道當然不在話下。椰皇酸薑皮蛋以往通常吃是酸薑皮蛋,今晚再加了一片椰皇,令口感更豐富,酸薑很爽口又不太辣!琵琶黃金花竹蝦黃金蝦一向是我的至愛,今晚當然也沒有令我失望,滿口都充滿咸蛋黃的香味。南北杏雪梨燉乳鴿湯美味鮮甜的湯,就是乳鴿也不要放過,肉質仍然很嫩滑,飲完覺得正個人也滋潤暖和起來。松子桂花魚好大條的桂花魚,炸得香脆而不覺油膩,酸酸甜甜的醬汁,就更加開你的胃口。橙皮甜麵醬燜五花腩師傅在你面前即時將五花腩與甜麵醬撈勻,香氣撲鼻,麵醬味道很濃,非常適宜餸飯,單食就會過咸!薑汁炒蘭度菜很嫩綠,你是不會吃到任何渣載。鮑汁去骨鵝掌全蛋麵麵有很香蛋味,去骨鵝掌炆得很入味!是日精選糖水懷舊番薯糖水,正好綜和剛吃完的餸菜。鼎爺 - 你係得嘅!👍👍
