今晚二家姐吹雞吃飯,我當然第一時間舉腳贊成啦, 事關佢一定會帶我地去食好野,而且仲可以有大食大。原本訂了19:00,不過我因為開會,所以遲了半個鐘先到。餐廳地方不大,似private party room多啲, setting只有三張枱,餐廳盡頭就是open kitchen。我到時大家已經在吃小食,於是我就點了支Chardonnay, 因為說今晚嘅主菜係豬鞍排。頭盤是煙三文魚, 份量不少,三文魚味道偏清淡。湯品是龍蝦湯, 鮮甜濃郁。跟住上一道香煎帶子配杏鮑菇, 帶子鮮甜是基本, 廚師花心思的地方在於杏鮑菇被切成帶子模樣, 而且調味亦好似, 變成葷素雙拼的感覺。主菜豬鞍排, 肉味香濃, 是因為產自西班牙,吃橡果長大。這頓飯吃了差不多三個鐘, 因為廚師真的是慢工出細貨, 不過我地邊飲邊傾, 都唔覺冷場。最後到甜問時間, 甜品是薑汁豆腐花西化版本。面上還噴上cream增加幼滑感。
