𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐭 Lento, a newly opened café in Kowloon City! — Just look at how pretty this dish is! If you’re looking for a healthy yet filling option, this one’s for you. Loved the variety of fresh greens in this with contrasting textures, as well as the mango chunks which added a nice sweetness and acidity to the dish. The tuna was fresh and nicely marinated in their flavourful spicy mayo.

— Flavours were pretty good but a bit more on the sweet side. I thought their homemade pineapple custard went really well with the cinnamon flavours but could’ve done with a bit more acidity to balance out the sweetness. The toast slice was also a bit too thin and didn’t really achieve that crispy on the outside yet soft and fluffy on the inside texture.

— Their daily cake that day was a whiskey chocolate mousse cake which was so creamy and decadent, the chocolate flavour was incredibly rich and not overly sweet. This was nicely complemented by the aromatic touch of whiskey which further elevated the flavours. The mousse was also very smooth and light, and the crunchy cake base contrasted well with this.

— Can’t go wrong with these! Prepared fresh to order to guarantee extra crispiness. The sriracha mayo that came with this was so tasty and added a nice kick.

— So good! The drink was really smooth and rich but not too bitter. Loved that this was only lightly sweetened as well. The latte art was also really beautiful and honestly didn’t want to ruin it!

— Personally thought the chocolate taste wasn’t strong enough but it did have a subtle nutty, earthy aroma to it. Drink was smooth and not overly sweet too.
