在3號風球懸掛,我倆口子又喺元朗搵好嘢食!平時食得西餐多,今晚想試吓中菜,又係時候要想OpenRice搵好嘢食啦,見到中菜邊間京滬村喺前幾位,食評唔錯,見寫住主打京菜,滬菜,川菜,由多位曾於米芝蓮食府工作的經驗師傅坐鎮,睇完都好似好唔錯咁,一於去試吓睇下有冇驚喜先!我地一上到餐廳,見到環境好大,枱與枱之間保持合適距離,唔狹窄,仲有獨立房間,應我哋就安排左座梳化卡位,非常舒服😌,樓頂夠高,坐得舒適係食嘢嘅對本首要條件,呢個係要讚的。好,最後我哋試咗以下幾款菜式:京滬四小龍$58包括:南翔小籠包,蟹粉小籠包,黑松露小籠包,蟲草花小籠包。我就試咗黑松露,濃濃嘅黑松露汁滿口都係,原來味道係可以咁夾嘅,食起嚟有不一樣的風味,我鍾意!另就係原汁原味嘅南翔小籠包,一樣係多汁,唔錯!黑醋排骨$78賣相不錯,黑醋很嘢味,甜酸程度剛好,配菜飯食非常醒胃!火腿扒津白 $78呢個菜盡清淡,可以中和一下剛才ga 重口味🤣🤣雲吞擔擔麵$36擔擔麵湯底有濃郁花生香,帶微辣,另加左大廚秘製炸菜調味,不錯。拔絲地瓜$68睇食評,拔絲系列嘅甜品,喺呢度嘅signature 招牌菜之一!梗係要試下。拔絲地瓜上枱,簡直藝術品

我地一上到餐廳,見到環境好大,枱與枱之間保持合適距離,唔狹窄,仲有獨立房間,應我哋就安排左座梳化卡位,非常舒服😌,樓頂夠高,坐得舒適係食嘢嘅對本首要條件,呢個係要讚的。

好,最後我哋試咗以下幾款菜式:
京滬四小龍$58
包括:南翔小籠包,蟹粉小籠包,黑松露小籠包,蟲草花小籠包。我就試咗黑松露,濃濃嘅黑松露汁滿口都係,原來味道係可以咁夾嘅,食起嚟有不一樣的風味,我鍾意!另就係原汁原味嘅南翔小籠包,一樣係多汁,唔錯!

黑醋排骨$78
賣相不錯,黑醋很嘢味,甜酸程度剛好,配菜飯食非常醒胃!

火腿扒津白 $78
呢個菜盡清淡,可以中和一下剛才ga 重口味🤣🤣

擔擔麵湯底有濃郁花生香,帶微辣,另加左大廚秘製炸菜調味,不錯。

睇食評,拔絲系列嘅甜品,喺呢度嘅signature 招牌菜之一!梗係要試下。
拔絲地瓜上枱,簡直藝術品一樣!外面脆糖絲好似鳥脆糖包裹着味覺同視覺都一樣享受。

總結:大夥兒同親戚朋友聚餐又得,兩口子想享有較寧靜嘅用餐環境又得。
