是日同老友去銅鑼灣行街~中午喺朋友介紹下,揀咗灣仔樓上Cafe "Drip by social club" 食飯!本身只係為咗醫肚而去嘅心態,點知試完有驚喜!😲​真係好好味,非賣廣告!😳​餐廳主打意大利/法國菜,菜式以慢煮白肉為主,身為一個減咗廿幾年肥嘅人士,表示呢個Menu真係令人老懷安慰!據主廚阿Beat所講,餐單係為咗附近返工嘅OL而設計,一嚟OL們都較鍾意輕口味食物,二嚟亦想大家食得健康啲(好佛心呢!🥺)。​不過慢煮、輕口味唔等於寡!通過合適嘅真空慢煮過程,食物會釋出最多嘅谷氨酸鈉,既原汁原味,質地及營養又係最佳狀態!齋食物原味已經夠正,再簡單加上橄欖油及各式香料去調味,食上口,味道比想像中豐富得多!​✦ 40°C 三文魚呢個菜上枱嗰下,我跟朋友第一下反應係:咁生嘅?😂真的,成舊仲係粉紅色,同刺身差唔多wo!後來,阿Beat同返我哋講,原來佢哋用40°C嘅暖水,侵煮咗1.5小時!咁嘅情況下,魚肉會保持到刺身般嘅鮮嫩口味,但又同時好似熟三文魚咁入口即化。確實,質感如阿Beat所講咁奇妙!另外我仲好鍾意呢個菜有少少炸魚皮,呢個炸魚皮係取自返slow cook那舊三文魚,係阿Beat

呢個菜上枱嗰下,我跟朋友第一下反應係:咁生嘅?😂真的,成舊仲係粉紅色,同刺身差唔多wo!後來,阿Beat同返我哋講,原來佢哋用40°C嘅暖水,侵煮咗1.5小時!咁嘅情況下,魚肉會保持到刺身般嘅鮮嫩口味,但又同時好似熟三文魚咁入口即化。確實,質感如阿Beat所講咁奇妙!另外我仲好鍾意呢個菜有少少炸魚皮,呢個炸魚皮係取自返slow cook那舊三文魚,係阿Beat親手焗乾再炸架,無出面食到嘅炸魚皮咁膩,連魚肉食,又脆又嫩,口感別樹一格呢!​

呢款就正常發揮,同出面食到嘅白酒蜆肉意粉差不多。抵讚個位係沙白蜆幾新鮮,無沙,肥美,基本上食材靚,菜式就不會出事。​

呢個菜同三文魚一樣,令我好驚喜。上枱嗰下,真係大份到令我同朋友呆了。😂一般點雞胸肉,都係得2-3塊,佢呢度至少有6-7塊!堆喺塊toast上,形成一座小山!😂​
而且雞胸仲用咗60度暖水煮咗1個鐘,嫩口又Juicy,同平時我哋食嗰啲乾柴雞胸完全兩回事!呢個菜嘅醬汁都好惹味,阿Beat話佢用咗Julu滷水、醋,再加蛋黃醬煮成,呢種Creamy嘅酸甜味,令人好開胃呢。​
至於toast就偏軟身,唔喺外面一般食到、硬到足以打死人嘅酸種包,連雞胸食,入口即化,真係啱晒!​

P.S. 有朋友仔注意到我係環境上評分好低...因為我今日嚟,出面花園平台瘋狂鑽地,真係好嘈!😢而且餐廳其實係喺互動空間入面,時會有人出入開會、影相,說實話,用餐感覺係麻麻地。不過,餐廳有唔少梳化位,坐得係舒服嘅,加上北歐風裝修,打卡效果都唔錯。​
或者遲啲花園裝修好,成個感覺會好啲!
