我愛慢煮比到我慢煮嘅態度,食物嘅口感往往都比到一種特別嘅感覺,肉汁好似鎖住左,啖啖肉嘅同時啖啖汁,唔會乾到食柴咁😆我同朋友點左兩份小食加兩份主菜,分別係燒露荀苗、炸蕃薯條、香草丹麥烤雞槌同埋法式油封鴨髀😋露荀苗味道鮮甜清新,唔會覺得油膩。蕃薯條甜度十足,又有咬口。烤雞槌肉質鮮嫩,十分juicy, 呢個就係慢煮嘅功力。另外,鴨髀就相對遜色,食落有啲硬同乾,可能曾經係法國試過油封鴨髀,感覺相差一段距離,有左比較🤣最後,疫情期間,餐廳贈送顧客一人一支自家製消毒搓手液
