味道: 4.5/5 服務:4.5/5 環境:4/5慢煮BBQ豬肋骨 $138/8條骨講得慢煮,就真係好食😋 醬汁調味恰當啱啱好,唔會太過鹹,最緊要係肉質好嫩好林,係會令到我食完,再想損埋啲骨附肉~ Set Dinner 🍽 慢煮原隻隻燒春雞 開邊餐廳真係細心,我一向都好怕食燒春雞,其中一個原因在於懶。懶得將隻雞切開,庖丁解雞。但佢摺埋俾我就好已經令到我好滿意。而且慢煮嘅方法令到肉質鮮嫩,保留到原本嘅水份,唔會乾身。外面有香草同埋鹽調味。如果唔夠味,佢有一小碗的黑椒醬汁可以點柚子寒天沙律🥗柚子沙律其實都見得多,但會加埋寒天呢一種甜品嘅材料落去整,就幾好創意!都幾夾,有啲似長條型嘅蒟蒻,食落口感覺舒服😌泡菜豆腐餅只係伴碟嘅一個小食,泡菜味唔係太突出嘅,唔會好難。但係,上面超份量嘅木魚絲,好似小生一樣,為豆腐名帶嚟左好好嘅口感蘑菇湯當然唔係金寶罐頭嘅質素,識落食到有蘑菇茸,好味墨魚汁冷麵同墨魚汁意粉唔同,冇好多黑色嘅仗,唔會食到成個咀都係黑色。冷麵彈牙,應該有做過冷河嘅步驟。仲加埋幾好嘅調味料,開胃,有蓮藕脆脆,增加口感。好食😋

柚子寒天沙律🥗
柚子沙律其實都見得多,但會加埋寒天呢一種甜品嘅材料落去整,就幾好創意!都幾夾,有啲似長條型嘅蒟蒻,食落口感覺舒服😌
