呢日收工撞正港鐵壞車,比平時遲左2個幾鐘先翻到屋企個邊,嬲嬲地決定食翻啲好野黎補償下身心。聽講太古新開左「穴」,就決定一於試新野!頭炮就梗係要刺身先夠消氣,所以就叫左一個刺身拼盤。佢入面有8種刺身,有三文魚腩、牡丹蝦、油甘魚、北海道帆立貝、章紅魚、魷魚海膽卷同鯛魚。佢附有一個酸汁係專門點白身魚,入口個下個酸味會一下湧上黎,但之後會有一股清新感跟上。白身魚本身帶有清爽嘅肉質,個酸汁令佢更fresh。整體刺身都好幼嫩鮮甜,夾埋佢底下個啲海草食仲會有多層口感。講到口感,咁多樣刺身入面最出色嘅莫過於個魷魚海膽卷。魷魚爽脆嘅口感再加軟綿綿嘅海膽,一路嚼魷魚一路有海膽味滲出來,加長左海膽嘅賞味時間👍🏻之後就上熱菜,首先係天婦羅拼盤,入面有天婦羅蝦、蟹鉗、魚同蔬菜。佢嘅炸粉做到好薄一層,就咁肉眼睇都可以穿過炸衣睇到入面,但食落都係脆脆的。而且入面仲保持到好juicy,好似蒸出嚟嘅效果咁,每樣食材最原始嘅味道都仲喺度,唔會俾油味冚過左。串燒部分我哋叫左2串,分別係燒雞腎同埋鵝肝釀雞翼。佢提供左三種鹽俾我哋點,有普通海鹽、綠茶鹽同埋咖喱鹽,後者對我黎講好新穎。綠茶鹽真係會有淡淡嘅綠茶味,但係理應更加重口

串燒部分我哋叫左2串,分別係燒雞腎同埋鵝肝釀雞翼。佢提供左三種鹽俾我哋點,有普通海鹽、綠茶鹽同埋咖喱鹽,後者對我黎講好新穎。綠茶鹽真係會有淡淡嘅綠茶味,但係理應更加重口味嘅咖喱鹽我反而就食唔出咖喱味。佢嘅雞腎好爽脆,唔會話好難咬,幾香口。燒雞翼個雞皮燒得好脆,仲有好多肉汁,一咬落去入邊鵝肝啲油湧晒出嚟。鵝肝好香同好肥美,係釀滿晒成隻雞翼,一啲都唔輕手,但加埋雞翼釋放出來嘅油,對我黎講有啲太Heavy。

最後就梗係要食啲主食先夠飽,我哋叫咗明太子松葉蟹肉石鍋飯,明太子同蟹肉嘅份量都好足,撈勻之後啖啖都食到料。不過蟹肉味有少少俾明太子味搶左,唔係太出。明太子嘅咸味好適中,重點係咬爆佢個口感好正。另外個飯因為係石鍋上,仲有飯焦痴左喺底,燶燶地仲香。
