To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然間好想食燒肉,牛角放題就一定排唔到架啦,但係散嗌嘅分店就可以即刻入,我同朋友決定照殺,過下個牛角癮因為朋友有銀會員卡,所以我哋嗌咗個會員限定二人餐會員限定套餐(2人前)包以下:明太子櫻花蝦豆腐田園鮭魚蛋沙律四品野菌盛合鹽味北海道帆立貝&車海老(各2隻)日本九州極上黑毛和牛牛肋肉(4片)美國SRF安格斯和牛牛板腱(配蘿蔔蓉柚)美國上級牛頸脊(4片)牛舌(4片)雞腿肉(4件)香蔥溫泉玉子飯(2碗)嚟到d嘢食係放滿哂成張枱,好豐富呀,前菜豆腐好多明太子醬,沙律好清新,野菌拼盤有金菇冬菇雞髀菇同本菇,放喺錫紙兜入面同牛油一齊燒到淋哂好入味呀😋帆立貝同海老要睇住時間唔好燒太耐,唔係會老咗,重點嘅燒肉嚟啦!本身已經調好咗味,燒完輕輕點一點醬已經好好味,我最鍾意個和牛牛肋肉,d油脂分佈得好靚,燒到5至7成食落有牛味又入口即溶,正呀😋😋我哋計返每人都係300幾蚊就食得咁飽,以後慳時間應該唔會排放題喇,散嗌都夠食😆#foodie #黃埔美食 #燒肉 #hkig #hkfoodieblogger #hongkonger #foodblogger
