🎂好好彩生日前有番堂食,揀左間位於ICC 101樓既法國餐廳。入到去鋪位雖不大,但望住個180度海景睇日落好relax今次每人揀左個9-course menu同3 glasses wine pairing。分別有香檳白酒同紅酒, 香檳同紅酒都十分高質🥂🍷 麵包同鹽味牛油都停唔到口食。唯一美中不足是上菜和介紹略為急和亂,離開座位後的餐巾原封不動, 生日的碟寫錯名等,對服務有些失望。前菜好refreshing, 牛肉他他同汁嘅配搭好match, 露筍配caviar更是一試難忘。但反而帶子嘅皮有d厚,略為失色。主菜部份, 有鵝肝配龍蝦,十分推介,兩者都入口即融。而pigeon 同Salmon bass都好軟好入味。最後到甜品,味道的確一般,但賣相有驚喜,朱古力頗純。
