今年生日碰上晚市禁堂食當然失望,計劃在疫情下永遠不似預期,可以同家人享受午市日式鐵板大餐真係要感恩一下~帝苑酒店嘅四季菊午市set有天婦羅、壽司定食、便當、和風定食、鐵板同special set。我地預約左鐵板餐,坐bar台可以欣賞師傅精湛嘅技術,又可以同師傅吹吹水。四個人叫左鮑魚、廣島蠔及美國牛肉薄燒定食 $530 同 鵝肝、大蝦、美國牛肉薄燒定食 $498 各兩set。除左主菜尤其係海鮮唔同 (鮑魚+廣島蠔 vs 鵝肝+大蝦),兩款set都有美國牛肉薄,同跟沙律、炒飯、麺豉湯、漬物同生果。睇住師傅有技巧地用盡鐵板唔同嘅熱度烹調真係大開眼界,先大火煎鵝肝再慢慢迫d油香出嚟,煎到外脆內幼滑,配烤好嘅鬆脆麵包同黑醋,簡直係邪惡嘅享受。睇住大蝦蝦頭慢慢變橙紅色, 蝦膏蝦油慢慢標出嚟簡直治癒,蝦肉爽口彈牙,啜埋蝦頭啲汁~Perfecto!鮑魚同廣島蠔呢兩款海鮮非常新鮮,廣島蠔多汁鮮甜又滑溜,鮑魚鐵板燒完再薄切,配海藻更爽口,好味道!另一重點就係美國牛肉薄燒,睇住師傅純熟地張薄切牛攤開,放炸蒜同蔥花喺牛上邊並慢慢捲起,反一下就將每人三件牛肉薄燒切開兩邊上碟,食落去好淋好香口又重牛味,加無敵蒜香

另一重點就係美國牛肉薄燒,睇住師傅純熟地張薄切牛攤開,放炸蒜同蔥花喺牛上邊並慢慢捲起,反一下就將每人三件牛肉薄燒切開兩邊上碟,食落去好淋好香口又重牛味,加無敵蒜香,齒頰留香~
