To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年生日男朋友帶我嚟到呢度食生日晚飯，我哋訂了7:00兩位，但是一個客人都冇，呢度都幾得意，前面有個鐵板爐，所有食物都在你面前，你即場指俾師傅睇你想食咩，個師傅佢哋就會即場燒俾你食，然後師傅燒完後就會拎個勁大嘅撐船個木漿遞俾你，好得意好搞笑，聽說呢間餐廳得到米芝蓮推介。首先我哋先來一碟刺身拼盤，感覺唔錯，都幾新鮮。然後就點了燒雞翼，鰻魚，大蝦，銀雪魚，味道都唔錯，燒得幾入味，幾夠火口，最緊要係個環境氣氛都好好，真係好適合慶祝一啲特別嘅日子。
