Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去嚇然發現鴨大哥last order 2:30pm(但限聚令可以去到6:00pm),雖然懶惰歪風不可取,但都想一嘗他們的片皮鴨,唯有再一次去光顧。今天一時許到達,一坐下立即點了片皮鴨,方便他們安排工作才慢慢叫點心及炒麵,當點心紙下單時發現地下不清潔,於是告知服務員請他們處理,可惜他們以工作忙亂為由無暇處理。吃過普普通通的點心後片皮鴨還未到,催促服務員後才發現原來根本沒有下單,更以廚房已收工及要準時下午三時關門為由拒絕製作片皮鴨,我們感覺被騙了吃下本身不想吃的點心便跟店員理論,最後被送上不知名的糕點作扺償,可是我們拒絕吃下便在下午三時前被趕走了。去了兩次,最後也不知道片皮鴨的味道,但也絕對不會再幫襯,如有朋友嘗過味道可告知本人味道如何,先謝謝
